Campground Rules

1. Camping will be permitted only in areas designated by the Park Manager.

2. Observe posted speed limits.

3. The registering adult will occupy camp site and be responsible for said camp site, adult will also be

responsible for the actions of guests. Persons under 18 will be allowed to camp with parent or guardian.

4. Children and bicycles should be on their own lot after dark.

5. Quiet time is observed after 10:00p.m. Sunday through Thursday and after 11:00p.m. Friday and Saturdays.

6. Not more than one camping unit occupied by a single household is permitted on an individual lot.

7. Generator hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

8. Dish washing is not permitted in the restrooms or at water fountains.

9. Playgrounds are closed at dark.

10. Fires will be permitted only in designated areas and must be confined to stoves, grills or established fire pits.

11. Camping permit must be posted where it can be readily inspected by park personnel.

12. Rules pertaining to campers with dogs with them are posted below.

13. Mopeds, three and four wheelers, dirt bikes and side by sides shall not be DRIVEN or UNLOADED in the park.

14. Permit extensions must be obtained before 10:00 a.m. of the day that such permit expires.

15. Trash will be picked up at lot posts until 8:00 p.m.

16. NO HUNTING OR USE OF FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED IN ALCONA PARK.

17. Containers must be kept under drains and emptied into designated disposal sites.

18. Park shall not be liable for any loss or damage to a trailer of any personal property by fire, theft or any cause whatsoever.

19. Commercial advertising or sales are not allowed within the park.

20. Only Electric Golf Carts permitted in campground.

21. Check in for cabins 3:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m., check in for campsites is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 3:00 p.m.

 

  1. Campground showers require tokens, which can be purchased at the office for .25 cents each.

Dog Rules

1. Your dog must be under immediate control on a leash not exceeding 6 feet

2. No dogs where posted.

3. Dog droppings must be cleaned up and disposed in waste containers or trash bags.

4. If you leave the campground take your dog with you. Dog must not be allowed to bark and disturb other campers.

5. If rules are not followed you will be asked to leave the campground.
